Passion Fruit Syrup
Ingredients:
- 1 part sugar
- 1 part water
- 1 part passion fruit (frozen or fresh)
Directions:
- Combine all items in blender. Puree. Funnel into airtight bottle
- Keeps in fridge for ~10 days, longer if you add some alcohol to the bottle.
- Works for any fruit (mango, for example).
