passion_fruit_syrup

Passion Fruit Syrup


Ingredients:

  • 1 part sugar
  • 1 part water
  • 1 part passion fruit (frozen or fresh)

Directions:

  1. Combine all items in blender. Puree. Funnel into airtight bottle
  2. Keeps in fridge for ~10 days, longer if you add some alcohol to the bottle.
  3. Works for any fruit (mango, for example).
