Ingredients:
Directions:
- Pound chicken breasts very thin.
- Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a Ziplock bag.
- Scramble eggs in bowl.
- Dredge chicken in a) flour bag, b) egg, c) bread crumbs.
- Punch them while still in crumb-bin.
- Let sit 15-20 min.
- Fry in olive oil.
- Drain on paper towels.
