===== Ingredients: =====
  * Egg
  * 2 Tb unsalted butter
  * 1/2 onion
  * 3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  * green onions
  * rice

==== Hamburger Patties: ====
  * 1.5 lb ground beef
  * 1 Tb Worcestershire sauce
  * 1.5 tsp seasoning salt
  * 1 tsp garlic powder
  * 1/2 tsp black pepper

==== Gravy: ====
  * 1.5 cup beef stock
  * 4 tsp shoyu (soy sauce)
  * 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  * 2 tsp ketchup
  * 5 tsp cornstarch

===== Instructions: =====
  - Mix hamburger patty ingredients in a large bowl.  Form into patties.  Fry over medium heat, 3-5 min each side.  Set aside.
  - Combine gravy ingredients.  Whisk to dissolve and keep cornstarch from settling to bottom.  Fry onions in butter, then add mushrooms.  Add gravy and stir until it thickens.
  - Fry sunny-side-up eggs, one per patty.
  - Serve layered: rice on the bottom, then a patty, then gravy, then the egg and green onions.
