===== Ingredients: =====
  * 2 lb ground beef
  * 1 qt. water
  * 2 onions
  * 1 15-oz. can tomato sauce
  * 2 Tb vinegar
  * 4 cloves garlic
  * 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  * 1/2 square unsweetened chocolate
  * 1/4 cup chili powder
  * 1 1/2 tsp salt
  * 1 tsp cumin
  * 1 tsp cinnamon
  * 1/2 tsp cayenne
  * 5 cloves (3/4 tsp ground)
  * 5 allspice berries (1 tsp ground)
  * 1 bay leaf

===== Directions: =====
  - Cover beef with cold water.  Bring to a boil, breaking up the meat.  Boil 30 min.
  - Add remaining ingredients & spices.  Simmer 3 (!) hours .
  - "2-way:" Serve over spaghetti.
  - "3-way:" Serve over spaghetti, topped with shredded cheddar.
  - "4-way:" Serve over spaghetti, topped with shredded cheddar and diced onions.
  - "5-way:" Serve over spaghetti, topped with shredded cheddar, diced onions, and kidney beans.
