1 cup parsley
5 Tb garlic
1 onion
1 green pepper
3 green onions
2 cubes chicken bouillon
1 tsp thyme
2 Tb lime juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tb vinegar
1 tsp salt
For the spaghetti:
2 cups epis
2 green peppers
1 onion
1 lb spaghetti
24 oz kielbasa, sliced
28 oz tomato sauce
2 Tb ketchup
1/4 tsp clove
1 tsp pepper
Directions:
Cook pepper and onion. Add kielbasa.
Add epis. Cook 3 min and stir.
Add tomato sauce and ketchup.
Add clove and pepper.
Serve over spaghetti.
