Cheese Savory

Ingredients:

6 oz. shredded cheese (~1.5 cups)
1/2 carrot, grated
4 green onions, sliced
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tb relish (optional, but recommended)

Directions:

Combine ingredients.
Serve as sandwich filling, or on an open-faced sandwich melt.
