===== Ingredients: =====
  * 2 lbs. tomatoes (or 1 28-oz can)
  * 5 Tb butter
  * 1 med onion, peeled & halved
  * Salt to taste

===== Directions: =====
  - Add everything to pot.  Put on low simmer for 45 minutes, uncovered, stirring from time to time.  Makes enough for 1 to 1.5 lbs. of pasta.
