====== New England Horseradish Bean Dip ======

===== Ingredients: =====
  * 1 16-oz. can kidney beans
  * 1 cup sweet relish
  * 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  * 1/2 tsp black pepper
  * 1 Tb horseradish
  * 3 large cloves garlic
  * 1 small onion
  * 2 tsp salt
  * 1/2 tsp dry mustard

===== Directions: =====
  - Drain beans and relish but SAVE the liquid.  Do not rinse.
  - Combine the rest of the ingredients in a blender BRIEFLY until roughly chopped.  Do not overblend; mixture should be quite chunky.
  - Add beans and relish.
  - Add reserved liquid to desired consistency.
  - Cover and let sit overnight.  Serve on Triscuit crackers.
