==== For the epis (makes ~2 cups): ====
  * 1 cup parsley
  * 5 Tb garlic
  * 1 onion
  * 1 green pepper
  * 3 green onions
  * 2 cubes chicken bouillon
  * 1 tsp thyme
  * 2 Tb lime juice
  * 1/4 cup olive oil
  * 1 Tb vinegar
  * 1 tsp salt

==== For the spaghetti: ====
  * 2 cups epis
  * 2 green peppers
  * 1 onion
  * 1 lb spaghetti
  * 24 oz kielbasa, sliced
  * 28 oz tomato sauce
  * 2 Tb ketchup
  * 1/4 tsp clove
  * 1 tsp pepper

===== Directions: =====
  - Cook pepper and onion.  Add kielbasa.
  - Add epis.  Cook 3 min and stir.
  - Add tomato sauce and ketchup.
  - Add clove and pepper.
  - Serve over spaghetti.
