====== African Cabbage Stew with Ground Beef ======

===== Ingredients: =====
  * 1 small cabbage
  * 1 red bell pepper
  * 2 lbs. ground beef
  * 1 onion
  * 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  * 2 Tb olive oil
  * 2 cloves garlic
  * 1 tsp black pepper
  * 1 cup tomato sauce
  * 1 tsp bouillon powder (I used 1 cube Maggi)
  * 1 tsp salt
  * 1 tsp thyme

===== Directions: =====
  - Add oil, beef, salt, & pepper to pot.  Brown meat thoroughly.
  - Add onions and pepper.  Cook until tender, 10 min.
  - Add garlic & spices.  Cook 1 min.
  - Add cabbage and tomato sauce.  Mix and bring to boil.
  - Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
